place fabric
2) Red - CUTLINE
cut fabric just to outside of cutline stitches
3) Red - tackdown
4) Met. Silver - lines
5) Red - circle
6) White - stems, center
7) Dk. Red - stems
8) Met. Silver - center circle
9) Yellow - top and loop
remove hoop and glue fabric to back. Replace hoop
10) Dk. Red - CUTLINE
