| To fringe the boot , mitten and hood of this design, turn to underside of embroidery and carefully cut the bobbin thread at the boot, mitten and hood area. Small clipping scissors or a sharp seam ripper will work effectively. Turn to right side of embroidery and "fluff" the boot, mitten and hood ends from fabric.
