| To fringe the manes and tails of this design, turn to the underside of embroidery and carefully cut the bobbin thread at the manes and tail areas. Small clipping scissors or a sharp seam ripper will work effectively. Turn to the right side of embroidery and "fluff" the manes and tails to release the ends from fabric.
