Family Day
| Here you see the Conquergood "Family Day" photo. Family and Friends of Trevor and Lorna celebrate our lost son Scott in an annual retreat at Wakaw Lake. This year a rock toss replaced a balloon release as our special celebration to be more earth friendly. Yes the balloons do eventually break down but we thought that throwing a stone into the lake as a family was more in tune with nature. The balloon release was a favourite for many of us so this was a big decision however it was a big hit and we all loved it. We shared a nice meal at the lake and finished the evening with a spectacular fireworks show. Scott would be 7 years old now and brings so much to our family in a very special way. |
